The manufactures compliance certificates of products and system are not always according to the Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia Civil (LNEC) dates. In these cases and after request, LNEC reports if a certificate is under revision.

In some cases, as the recent prestressed slabs case, the revision processes can take years and can raise doubts about the product’s use and its legal application.
