Developed in a 18 hectare area, near Calandula river, in Malange, this Aquaculture Research Centre is part of the investment plan of Angola Government to improve the fisheries sector, providing means to the technicians to develop their own research lines and raise the potential of available resources use.

The Project consists of a central building with rehearsal rooms, biology laboratories, conference room and social facilities. It also consists of external ponds designed to monitor the different growth phases and evolution of fish species.

We paid special attention to the centre location, in way to allow big discharge of the river, to give the equipment water treatment systems that guarantee its high quality. There are also houses designed to lodge the research technicians.
