Under an Industrial, Agricultural and Tourism Development Programme for the region, Q.S.P.A. decided to invest in a winemaking cellar.
SE2P was selected to do the Stability Project, Peripheral Restraint, Water Supply, Industrial, Domestic and Pluvial Residual Waters Drainage, Fire Engineering and Solar Energy Use.
The building is located in the Mundial Heritage area of Douro, in the south slope.
This fact demanded the support of the north, east and west slopes, which made the ground impulse the dimensioning determinant action.
Under an ecological support philosophy, we turned to solar energy use and to an ETAR facility for industrial and domestic residual waters treatment.
