Tensai Indústria S.A. will have a 23 000m2 industrial warehouse available for production activity and an office building with 2 300m2.

The industrial warehouse will be constructed with steel portal frames, 25m span, totaling 100m length, spaced out 10m apart each.

The columns have a hinged base, supported by spread footings. The braces will be made with round tubes, welded to gousset plates.

Two indoor gardens located at the center of the warehouse, extend to cover. The cover is opened in that area allowing plants exposure to the rain and to the air outside.
