The project consists in the conversion of the existing old urban transport garage building from Clara & C.ª in the city center into an open square with approximately 1300 m2. There are three distinct zones being the central square the former parking lot, the support building to the West and the old lockers and main building to the East the new offices.

Due to its peculiarity the main beams will be kept. They are beams with 4,00 m spacing at a 4,60 m height overcoming a 19,40 m span. Bearing the existing roof structure there are armed concrete piles which will be demolished and replaced by metallic ones. The reinforcement solution required took in consideration the existing beams maintaining its looks but safely assuring resistence to the new roof loads.

In restauration interventions the materials chosen had similar behavior to the existing ones.
