| Rehabilitation and Adaptation of the Old Ed Cine-Teatro Alameda Center for Arts and Entertainment

The building will be partially demolished, affecting areas from the audience, stage and technical areas of support, keeping the main entrance areas.
This project is planned to run a dig about 4m high. In areas to be demolished, the basement will be implemented through new reinforced concrete walls, while areas to maintain, will be implemented through repressions of the existing walls. Since the rear there are buildings in neighboring lands, there will be an earth retaining wall type Berlin with temporary anchors in order to ensure the proper functioning of surrounding buildings in construction stage.
The main structure is a portico structure of concrete, and the area coverage of the audience and the stage in metallic lattice structure. The horizontal partitioning of the technical support is accomplished through the relaxed slabs beams or solid slabs of concrete.
The coverage of the audience is held in slab formwork supported by cooperating tubular metal lattice, while the coverage of the stage is carried out in slab formwork supported cooperating profiles in simple metal.
In the ceiling of the stage and audience are raised access floors, which will be held in metal fence supported by steel structure of simple profiles. | | |
