The building is arranged in two complementary volumes, with the vertical body recessed and a horizontal body to be finished.
The building is articulated in order to define a Public Square that incorporates the accesses to the different areas of the complex; On the West side is the Municipal Center with the Business Center and Civic Center. To the south rises the body of the Municipal Council whose services are distributed by its nine floors. The Nascente, through the shade of the marking that marks the entrance of the building, establishes a close connection to the surroundings. | |
